Overview

Custom made and handmade products have been inspected and individually photographed, so are final sale items. If you receive an item that differs from the description, please contact us within 10 days of receipt so we can correct the issue.

Regular stock items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging to qualify for a return. Please contact us within 10 days of receipt with a photo showing the issue, and return instructions will be provided.

Patterns and Instant Download products are Final Sale.

Once return approval is granted, a shipping label will be provided via email to return the item. If you choose to ship on your own courier account, tracking information must be provided.

Returns & Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, you will be refunded the item cost less any shipping fees. Approved refunds will be processed back to your credit card or the original method of payment in 3-5 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled at any time before shipment. Please reply to your order confirmation email noting your intent to cancel, and you’ll receive a response when the refund has been completed. Once shipped, orders can not be cancelled.

Custom Orders may require a restocking fee if production has begun. Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans have changed. Restocking fees are charged to cover the loss of anything unique to your order including specific cuts of fabric.

Shipping Policy

Local pick-up in London Ontario is always an option at checkout.
Shipping method is at the discretion of the business and may change based on pricing and customer location.
If you’d like to request a specific delivery method, please leave a note at checkout and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request if cost allows.

Lettermail is an option for smaller items under 500g, however, choosing lettermail is 100% at your own risk. Photos are taken before shipment, and best effort is made to use brightly coloured shipping envelopes, but there is no tracking or guarantee using this method, and no refunds for lost items.
